Tonight my 6 year old was in time out. He says, mom? Can I get up now. I say tell me u love me to infinity and beyond. He replys, I love you to indentity and freon! :)

Finally started reading my book!

Well it has been a while since I have blogged. I started reading 50 shades of grey last night and all I have to say us WOW! Chapter 9 here I come! :)

Where I got the name

I have an ol family member who always had a name for everyone. And if u happen to be someone in my family you know who this is :) my name that he called me was Chiquita Banana. I reckon it was because it rhymes with my real name (Nakita). From stories that have been told, I was scared to death of him and would always hide behind my mom. So he started singing to me so that I would come around. A song he used to sing to me was about a Jaybird that was sitting on a fence trying to make a dollar outta 15 cents. So I put two childhood memories together And came up with bananas and Jaybirds! Thanks to the man in the picture. What do u think about the name?!

Blogger App????

I have tried posting a few blogs from the iphone app and for some reason all it says is publishing pending and will not post any of my blogs! And lucky me, all of my pictures for my blogs are on my phone. Looks like I will have to be transfering them soon. And start using my actual camera again! Hopefully I can get the ball rolling soon!

Getting Started With Blogging...

I am a busy mother of 3 and I love Crafts, DIY projects, Organizing, And anything else that has to do with family! I am new to this blogging business and want a huge blog site that people visit everyday and love to return! But I could def. use some help. So if you are a successful blogger and have any tips for me to get on a role and get started on my blog site I would love to hear them! I plan on sharing with everyone some of my cooking tips and recipes, craft ideas and projects, organizing tips and more! And i LOVE pictures so i will be posting a lot of those!
